These are the steps for submitting a ticket to Zynga/YoVille support.
The first step you see will ask you for your Facebook ID, first and last names, and E-mail address. If you are a Facebook user this will most like already be filled in. The only exception will be your E-mail address, you will need to enter that yourself.
There are four stages in step two, however, the first two should already be completed for you. The first thing you will need to do is to select your issue. You will choose between “Game play,” “Billing and Payments,” “Report Abuse/Cheats,” and “Other.” Once you’re select your issue you will move to the next step.

The second part of step two will allow you to give more information about your issue. The options you are given to choose from will change depending on which option you chose during the first step of step two.
Step three is where you are allowed to tell Zynga about your issue in your own words. Remember to tell them as much information as possible. If you know what time the issue occurred make sure to add that information. This is also where you can add any screen shots you may have.
You might be asked to supply your Social Network UID, so do not forget to type them in as well. If you do not know how to find your Social Network UID, please click HERE.
Once you’re done, double check the form to make sure you didn’t miss out on anything. Then, click Submit. Zynga says you should get a reply within 18 hours, but the wait time varies.
