Ever wonder what these clubs are that some players seem to be a part of? You too can be a part of a club, or even make your own club! Below you will find easy detailed information on how to view, create, edit, and leave a club.
Think you joined a club, but can’t remember? Or maybe you would just like to see more information on a club you recently joined? Ever notice that when you click on an avatar while in YoVille, you may see a club badge within the list of information on that player? This badge represents the club that they are a part of. To view your own clubs click on your avatar. You will see a small pop out list with your name, status, relationships, view my clubs, and view my badges.
If you click where it says “View my clubs” a pop up will show you all your clubs. It may look somthing like this:
Just below the “Roster” is the “Club Board“. When you view the club board you will be able to see posts that other members have posted to the club board and you can also leave a message on this club board yourself. Your club board should look something like this:
To Leave A Club: All you have to do is view the club and then at the top right corner you will see where it says “Leave Club“. When you click on this button, a small pop up window will ask if you are sure you want to leave this club. So don’t worry, it’s not easy to accidently leave a club; you must confirm to “Leave” or “Stay”.
If you want to create your own club go back to the beginning and click where it says “Create Club” you will see something like this:
From here you’ll need to fill in the information: Come up with some unique name for your club, design a creative badge to represent your club and members, describe your club to viewers and set your club room; this room will be the room that others will visit when they click visit club room. After you have filled out all the information click where it says “Create!” New clubs cost 10 YoCash. Once you have created your club, you will be able to edit all this information later in the future.
To Edit A Club: Click on the club you would like to edit, and keep in mind that you must be an administrator to edit a club. You should see an “Edit Club” button next to the “Your Club” button. Once you click the edit button you will see the page the same as creating a new club, however, all your information you previously had should be there and you can edit this information as many times as you want without paying anything. Just make sure you press the “Save” button where the “Create!” button use to be.
You can also view all of this from outside of the game at YoVille.com. When you click clubs at the top of your YoVille.com screen it will show you all your clubs, as well as clubs you may like that you can browse through.
When you click on a club badge you will see all that clubs information. The club board, club room, club members..ect.
You can also leave the club from here. Right above the club badge is the club name and right next to the name on the right is a button that says “Leave” . Don’t worry just as with in the game you can not leave the club without confirmation. When you click leave you should get a pop up window that looks something like this:
The really cool thing about veiwing your clubs on yoville.com is that you can also view members profiles from there. Which means you can send a message to a member that you may not even have met yet. Maybe leave them a message saying you would like to meet a fellow member, either way it is a very cool feature. All you have to do is click on any avatar and it will load their YoVille.com Profile.
Try browsing the different types of clubs to see which one you would like to join or even get an idea for your very own club! You can click on the different clubs while browsing and see their club website. On the club website page you can see the members and their club board. If you are not a part of this club you wont be able to post a message to them, but you will be able to visit their club room and leave them a message there. Maybe ask to join or compliment them on their club, whatever the case maybe the option is available.
