It has been announced that the music player has a very similar item being sold in its place. Fact is , you will not be getting an actual music player. If it is too good to be true, chances are it is. Some people have been selling this disco recorder in its place for 15k. Players are running to those events in hopes of getting one. However, all they will get, is a decorative non-working radio. All it does is just simply sit there. There was a forumer who posted a thread in forums called Music Scam Alert, which you can view. Lucious LOv3, was one of the few who was caught by this scam. On the forums they posted:
not sure if everyone is aware or not but i just ran into an event where the post title said
i sell music player 15k
i had a feeling it was a scam but i went threw with it any how just to prove me right
sure enough when i went set the player down it didnt play music
it was just a regular none functioning disco recorder.
the guy had in his event an actual music player hiding behind the disco recorder decor so as to make it look like it was actually playing music it self
but in reality it wasnt u could even click on it to play n pause the music
but in reality what he was selling was a decore looking boom box grey n blue colorjust a heads up in case u come across such events

As you can see, many are being fooled by this new scam. Some say this is an older issue they are aware of. There are plenty who were not aware of this. So if you enjoy purchasing music players, please be sure you are getting what you paid for! Here is what the two items look like:
