It has come to our attention that a 1-day ‘no play’ demonstration is being planned to protest at what are considered, by many, to be high YoCash prices. YoVillians are being asked not to login to the game at all on July 1st. There is no doubt that many people are unhappy with the prices of recent YoCash releases and some are starting to become more vocal in their discontent.
In the past there have been other protests and demonstrations in Yoville, with differing opinions as to whether they worked or not. One which springs to mind is the Sweets Factory. YoVillians, both for and against, felt very passionately about the matter and exchanges became extremely heated on times.
So… what are your thoughts about this demonstration? Do you think enough people will take up the challenge and not login? Or do you think the lure of YoVille will be too much for YoVillians to stay away? Even if people do stand firm and protest, do you think it will make any difference? Will Zynga listen?
