Nyc Collectible Design Contest’s wining entry Hot Dog Cart is no longer a Miniature.
The NYC Collectible Design Contest winning entry the animated Hot Dog Cart was released into stores shortly after the contest closed, but caused widespread controversy over its very small size. Paling in comparison even to the Ice Cream cone cart which was a winning entry of the NYC Park Decor Contest. The fault was apparent when the two carts were posed side by side.
Looks a little on the small side don’t you agree? Hard to imagine it producing a hotdog big enough for a Yovillian to hold, in fact I think if a handheld hotdog were put on top of a cart of this size, it may well Yo-collapse! So, after many complaints were made to Zynga including one I imagine from the winning entrant who designed the hotdog cart, they finally removed and replaced it with a ‘grown-up’ version.
There! Much better. It doesn’t look like the ice cream stands baby brother now does it? Good old Zynga got it right in the end.
