Several YoVillians are reporting that they still do not have this new feature.
It is now six days since Zynga finally announced that YoVillians would be getting the long awaited ‘Open All’ feature for opening all chests. We were told that the feature would be rolled out to everyone a bit at a time, and to be patient. Then, on August 14th, Purple Ninja edited the announcement to inform us that the feature was at 100% with everyone on having it. This, unfortunately, is not true. As with most YoVille feature releases, there are teething problems.
Most of us knew that players on MySpace would not get it. Due to technical matters, MySpace never gets new features. However, we have now learned that several Facebook players have not got the feature yet, either. Of those who have, many are complaining of glitches ranging from lag to Shockwave crashing. These problems have been reported on the official thread, but as yet, no response has been posted by any of the Ninjas.
To those of you on Facebook who are still waiting for the open all feature, all we can suggest is that you message Purple Ninja, since it was she who announced that everyone should have the feature now. For those of you with gaming problems, then support seems the best route to take.
