Better late than never, the Monaco Cosign Property arrives at the Realtors Office.
Clicks at the ready, we have a new house to own. It’s the Resort De Monaco – a bit of a far cry from the YoCash counterpart however, it still has a good amount of sizeable rooms to decorate and it has nice doors too.

As you can see from the floor plan, there are five good sized rooms to decorate plus a balcony area. There are no views with the YoCash alternative nor harbour but the recently released harbour avenue can be added to this property to make it appear that this also has a harbour although sadly, the Harbour Avenue is only available for YoCash.
Above, you can see the Luxury lounge area and balcony. This property has lots of scope for decorating which I am sure you will see. Off you all go and start collecting the 10 cosigns needed for this property, then you will be able to purchase it for the princely sum of 26,000 YoCoins. Good luck.
