Finally, a Ninja answers the many questions asked about closed or moved threads…
For a long time now, YoVillians have asked the Ninjas why some threads are closed or moved while others stay. Sometimes it is obvious just by reading the thread, why it has been closed or moved to a different forum. Other times, there is no obvious reason why it has happened. There are also times when YoVillians ask ‘Why hasn’t that thread been closed yet?’ but nothing is done.
At long last we have some sort of answer. Ruby Ninja has made a post in the Discussion Forum, regarding closed/moved threads:

The first thing that YoVillians may notice is that Ruby is ‘stating the obvious’ in any posts asking for goodies will get moved to the Giveaway/Wishlist section and any issues with Support will be closed because the forum moderators do not have any control over that side of the game. However, a lot of questions remain unanswered. YoVillians want to know why there are so many inconsistencies when it comes to closing, merging, deleting and moving threads. Some YoVillians spend all day talking about things that obviously belong in the Off-Topic forum while other threads are closed instead of being moved.
