As you may have heard, Zynga recently announced that they will soon be bringing a new game to Facebook.
CityVille, is a virtual world where players will not only build cities, but will also run businesses, restaurants, and even farms. Players will be in charge of managing the needs of their citizens as well. And like most games, players will be able to interact with their Facebook friends by visiting each other’s cities, running businesses in each other cities, sending free goods and decorations to each other and much more.
CityVille’s features include City Building, Run Your City, The People, Goods & Trading, Neighbor Cities, Commerce & Franchises, and Guided Play.
One good thing about CityVille is that you aren’t punished for not logging in daily, TechCrunch reports. When playing FarmVille if you don’t log in to harvest your crops they will wither away. In CityVille if you don’t log in your city simply will not grow as fast as it would if you had been tending to it daily.
Here are some photos of Zynga’s new game:
This game hasn’t been launched just yet. But you can join CityVille on Facebook for all the latest updates. Similarly, upon visiting CityVille.com, you would see a banner revealing that Zynga is now in its last stage of polishing CityVille before it is launched to the public approximately a few weeks from now.
This new game is said to be Zynga’s bet in the growing battle between virtual world games like Social City, My Empire, Millionaire City, Social City, and the like. Do you think this is a game that you would be interested in playing? Will you try it out? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below.
