What is RewardVille? Where can I find it?
RewardVille is Zynga’s new program wherein you can earn exclusive items for any and all of Zynga’s games. You can find RewardVille by heading to http://rewards.zynga.com, but it’s important to know that RewardVille is not YET available for all.
I don’t see RewardVille/I don’t have it. How can I get it?
At the moment, RewardVille is in closed Beta, which means it is not yet available to all users. This is because we want to get user feedback, and work on tailoring the product, before releasing it to everyone. If you don’t have it yet, keep a lookout, because it will be available soon to everyone! ~Zynga Forums
If you go to the link http://rewards.zynga.com and notice that RewardVille is not yet available for you, don’t worry! RewardVille is not yet available for all, but it will be soon. However, if you really really feel that you need to be able to have RewardVille already, then there are 2 things you can do:
a) Find a RewardVille post (pictured below) in your Facebook feed, and click on “Get Reward”.
Some of your Facebook friends probably have RewardVille already, so make sure to check their Facebook walls and see if they have posted any RewardVille post that looks like the one pictured above. Because once you get to find a post and click “Get Reward”, you will automatically get to activate your RewardVille account. You will be prompted to “F connect”, then a Zynga application pop up will appear asking for you to allow RewardVille in your account.
b) Ask your friends! Get your friends to invite you to play RewardVille by sending you a RewardVille Mystery Gift, or by inviting you to play RewardVille using the “Get the gang to RewardVille task”.
How do I Login/Register?
If you do not have a Zynga account yet, you need to register for one. If you already have a Zynga account, all you need to do is use Facebook Connect (F Connect) to log in.
You will find that once you click on someone’s feed, it will redirect you to f connect.
How do I invite my friends to play?
Currently, you can invite your Facebook friends by sending them a Mystery Gift or by sending them a request to help you ‘Get the Gang to RewardVille!’ ~ Zynga Forums

You can get these items by earning zCoins.
What are zCoins? How can I earn zCoins?
You can get the exclusive items you want in RewardVille by buying them. However, you can only purchase them using zCoins. zCoins is the currency you need to use to be able to buy the exclusive items you want in RewardVille. You can earn zCoins by leveling up in RewardVille.
zCoins are awarded when your zLevel increases. zCoins are redeemed in RewardVille for in-game items. ~RewardVille FAQ
Why can’t I purchase some items even when I have enough zCoins?
Certain RewardVille items require that you also reach a specific zLevel before being able to purchase them. If you keep playing your games and zLeveling up in RewardVille, you’ll be able to purchase all your desired items in no time! ~Zynga Forums
How do I level up in RewardVille?
You can level up in RewardVille simply by earning zPoints. You can earn these zPoints by earning experience points in Zynga’s games, like YoVille, CityVille, FarmVille, Mafia Wars, and more. For example, if you gain 5 YoPoints in YoVille, you will automatically get 5 zPoints in RewardVille. (i.e. YoPoints for YoVille, XP for CityVille, etc.)
Maximum points you can earn per day
zPoints are points you earn for playing Zynga games. You can earn a maximum of 80 points per game per day, with a maximum of 300 points across the entire Zynga network each day. As you earn points you increase your zLevel and earn zCoins. You automatically earn zPoints for playing all Zynga games. To redeem zCoins in RewardVille, you must register for a Zynga account.~RewardVille FAQ
Can I still earn zPoints if I’m already in level 100 in YoVille?
Based from our observation, it is not possible to earn zPoints in YoVille if you are already in level 100. However, please know that you may earn zPoints by playing other Zynga games other than YoVille.
It’s important to keep in mind that you may still get the YoVille rewards you’ve been dreaming even if you’re already in level 100 in YoVille. All you have to do is play other Zynga games, and use other means of earning points in order to get the YoVille items you want. Which Zynga games can I play so I can earn zPoints and get rewards?
Currently, these are the Zynga games that support RewardVille: YoVille, CityVille, FarmVille, Mafia Wars, Vampire Wars, FrontierVille, Zynga Poker, Cafe World, Treasure Isle, and PetVille.
After I purchased a RewardVille item, I didn’t find it in my game. What gives?
Be sure you’ve refreshed your game after your purchase. If you head back to a game already in progress, you will not find your item. If this doesn’t solve the issue, you can submit a ticket to Customer Support. ~Zynga Forums
Why did I start at zLevel 10 on RewardVille but my friend started at zLevel 1?
Your initial RewardVille zLevel is partly based on how advanced your game XPs were in your Zynga games, how long you’ve been playing your games, and other factors. If you’re a beginner on your Zynga games, you’ll start off at a lower zLevel in RewardVille. Keep playing to raise your level. ~Zynga Forums
When is the daily reset for getting more RewardVille zPoints?
RewardVille resets at 12am PST. After that, you can once again start collecting zPoints by playing your Zynga games, even if you reached your zPoint max for the previous day. ~Zynga Forums
Where do I get the Mystery Gifts that my friends have sent me?
Head to your Facebook page and click on ‘App Requests’ on the left-hand side of the screen. You will find your RewardVille gifts and requests there. ~Zynga Forums
How many Mystery Gifts can I open a day?
You may open up to 8 of your Mystery Gifts each day. Leave the rest unopened, then return the next day to open more. ~Zynga Forums
