It’s been hours since all the mayhem started. Are we safe now? Safe from what? The ninjas? Fake ninjas? Hackers? What really is happening? It’s been hours and we’re all still in the dark. We have no idea what happened, or of it’s still happening. All threads in the forum pertaining to the recent banning of multiple players have been closed and is still being closed. Don’t you think we deserve an explanation? Don’t you think we deserve at least a sincere
answer or statement as to the incident that occurred? How can we stop making threads in the Yoville Forum if you do not answer any of our questions? How can we not fear for our safety if we see that the moderators that are suppose fix this whole thing, are even banned from the forums? How can we warn our friends, and keep them safe if we’re all kept in the dark by what seems like a news blackout from the ninjas? You close our threads and tell us not to start drama or anything that would ensue speculation and assumptions when some of us are merely asking for an explanation. Don’t you think it will be easier to just release a statement? A sticky post maybe in the Yoville Forum explaining what happened? Were the ninjas hacked? Was it a program allowing players to use admin filters such as Permanently Banning an account? Did a hacker gain access to your database? Did a hacker get access to our personal information stored in your database? Because if this is the case, we do have all the right to know.
And no, referring to the recent incident as a “technical issue” does not explain anything at all. If there’s one thing it does, it’s that it remains to keep us in the dark. It remains to keep us from the truth. It remains to keep us scared and fearful of playing and enjoying the game we all love. You do not have to get into details. We just want a clear and sincere explanation. But please don’t tell us that it’s “technical issue”, and we have to contact support if we were in anyway affected by the permanent banning. What if we weren’t banned? Don”t you think you should give us tips on what to do in order to avoid all the hassle of getting permanently banned? We want answers, Zynga. As your loyal Yovillians, we want a real explanation.
