Hey YoVillians, are you experiencing more issues than ever with gifting? If so you’re not alone.Today it was announced via forums about the continuous issues with gifting. What was thought to be fixed is quite the contrary. Gifting issues are at their worst. Many find that they are not receiving their gifts or their gifts are not being sent through. For many this serves as a major set back, as plenty of the players enjoy sending each other gifts. Today on forums Coral Ninja posted a thread confirming the complications. Zynga is now in the works of “Fixing It”. Here is what Coral Ninja had to say in her thread-
We are aware that many of you are facing an issue with receiving gifts/gift requests missing. We have informed the team about this and are looking to have it fixed as soon as possible.
To facilitate easy tracking of the number of people affected by this please refer to the following article and hit on “Please Fix” if you continue to face an issue.
Appreciate you patience and understanding.
This new tracking system can be found on Zynga’s homepage website, or by simply clicking- Fixing It. What you need to do here is click the band-aid towards the bottom of the page. What this pretty much is, is a small yes or no on whether or not you’re facing the problems with gifting. Then you’re done! And Zynga continues to try and resolve the issue with gifting.
We hope you are not too frustrated with all the commotion of gifting and its issues, we hope that Zynga will be coming up with a solution soon, as we all need our gifting fixed permanently.
