VIP YoVillians, please be careful! There are reports that players are being charged for their complimentary Emerald City hair!
YoRehab has discovered that reports are being made about a possible problem with the VIP Emerald city hair release. Several YoVillians have reported that, despite getting a pop-up to claim their free, complimentary hair, they have been charged the full 18 YoCash price.
At first we wondered if it was a case of YoVillians not understanding how the VIP complimentary hair worked, but having read several posts by members of the forums, it now looks like a game glitch.
Purple Ninja has now posted in response to this thread, stating that anyone affected by this glitch should report it to support, for them to sort out the matter.
All we can suggest is that, when you go to buy your hair, if it says ’0 YoCash’, take a screen shot of it before you click to buy. Then if you get charged, you have got something to send to support. If, however, it says ’18 YoCash’ then please do not buy unless you are willing to pay for your hair.
