Good news players! Zynga recently launched its new game, Drop7, free for iPad, iPod Touch and iPhones!
Drop7 is an extremely addictive game played by dropping numbered disks into a 7 x 7 grid in order to cause a chain reaction which in turn gives you points.
There are three game modes–Normal, Hardcore and Sequence. Normal is the easiest level which is reccomended for beginners, hardcore mode is fast-paced and challenging and Sequence is by far the hardest mode which gives you the same combination of discs so you can master the strategy.
There’s no time limit, so you can spend as much time as you like contemplating your next move. You get points in two ways: firstly, when circles blow up, and secondly, a 7000-point level-increase bonus. Circles will explode if the number inside of them is equal to the number of circles in that continuous line, either horizontally or vertically. As circles explode, other cirles will be pulled down above them towards the bottom of the screen which may cause other circles to explode, causing a chain reaction.
Drop7 is particularly good because it preserves your current state in the game so you can take a break and come back to the same place you were at. It also has a feature where you can compare your high scores with your Facebook friends and see your position on the global leaderboard. Here are some pictures of Drop7.
