Finally the sequel to the Farmville game, Farmville 2 arrives on Facebook. Let’s take a look. The brand new Farmville 2 is said to be bigger and better than it’s predecessor with amazing graphics and many more fun things to do. Is it what it’s all cracked up to be though, we went to see for ourselves.
The graphics and animation are much better and the colors are very sharp. However, on an older computer the graphics were very blocky and pixelated I found. The gameplay so far seems pretty much the same as with the previous Farmville, planting, watering, harvesting, feeding animals for money, points, rewards and level up. Not much change there.

The above screenshot shows the first task of the new game which is to harvest the ripe tomatoes. Once they are harvested, you get to replant them. The next task is to feed your chicken which then very graciously lays an egg (which is nearly as big as the chicken is), you need to grab the egg before it rolls away.
The next screenshot shows the goat which pops out of the bush. The goat is also hungry as you can see by the ‘food’ thought bubble. So the next task is going to be to…. yes, you guessed it, feed the goat! All riveting stuff this is, isn’t it?
Anyway, you get the idea, new Farmville 2, better graphics, seemingly the same game. Oddly enough, you can’t transport or connect your game from Farmville the original game, if you are an avid player of that. So, with all that said, not entirely sure how much of a hit it will be, we’ll wait for you all to come back and tell me.
